C. Intellectual Property Violations
Using the Services to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
Uploading, generating, or sharing content that you do not have the legal right to use or distribute.
D. Misuse of AI Tools
Using the AI tools to create misleading, harmful, or deceptive content, such as deepfakes or media intended to manipulate or harm others.
Submitting inputs or prompts with the intent of producing illegal, unethical, or harmful outputs.
Leveraging the Services to develop competing AI technologies, models, or tools without authorization.
E. Security Breaches
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Qwerk AI’s systems, other users' accounts, or restricted areas of the platform.
Introducing malicious software, viruses, or engaging in activities designed to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the platform’s operation.
Engaging in activities such as denial-of-service attacks or any actions that compromise the integrity or availability of the Services.
F. Fraudulent Activities
Impersonating another person, entity, or organization to deceive or mislead others.
Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during account creation or when interacting with our Services.
3. User Responsibilities
